A new feature "MY Phone" built in FreePP BOX provides calling through FreePP softphone flexibly, user-friendly operation, and economical calling plan without any subscription fees. No matter where you are located in any country worldwide, you can reach your friends/family or make any landline call easier over the Internet.

How to use My Phone?
1. Click MY Phone Button on Softphone.
2. Dial landline number.
3. Outgoing call from your Home/Office landline.

How much does using MY PHONE service cost?
To use My Phone service is without extra cost. But you still have to be charged the telephone payment counted at your landline rate

FreePP-IN

While receiving an incoming call from POTS (PSTN), the BOX will automatically forward the call to the softphone you specify. Using FreePP-IN feature, you can remotely pick up every call from your home/office by softphone with extra charge, and you would never miss any important calls.

While you're out of town, there is an incoming landline phone call at home. Is there any way to receive incoming landline phone calls?

FreePP-IN is a unique application, designed for enhancing the transition mechanism of call forwarding from landline to VoIP telephony. It can make you immediately pick up the phone call from your home/office landline on FreePP softphone.

How FreePP-IN works?
1. Incoming call from PSTN.
2. BOX is ringing.
3. Forwarding the call to Softphone.
4. Softphone is ringing, too.

How much does using FreePP-IN service cost?
FreePP-IN is a free service for every user and no long-term contract is required.

Speed dial

If you usually place calls using some specific phone numbers or some old persons or kids who are disabled to dial with too many digits, speed dial is a good and useful feature which let you to dial with the speed dial code instead of the number of digits every time. Moreover, FreePP BOX allows the user setting up to 99 speed dial numbers into the list.

Web-based management

FreePP BOX offers a suite of simple management which is based on a user-friendly Web Graphical User Interface (GUI) and every management function is easy-to-configure. Furthermore, the management interface supports remote connection through the Internet.

Connection status

FreePP BOX offers a detection mechanism for the connection between BOX and FreePP Service Center. While the FreePP BOX loses network connection to Service Center, you could observe easier which part of the connection is out of order on this page.

Presence status

In order to check up the latest online status of FreePP BOX conveniently, you can create a nickname for the FreePP BOX and add the ID of FreePP BOX in contact list of FreePP Softphone.

Call detail Record

FreePP BOX provides integrated call information which will help users to view call history including date, called number, callee number, call duration, etc clearly in Web-based management.
